Please read below our terms and conditions for doing business.

A.) All personalized products are exchangeable on the following basis;

1) All invoices must be paid in full.

2) A product is returnable for a product credit no larger than 1/3 the new product purchase.

B.) All sales invoices are due in 30 days. $75 minimum order is required.

C.) Freight is the responsibility of our customers FOB Lisle, IL.

D.) Display racks are paid by the customer , but are offset with free goods, based on suggested retail. Free goods are given on the first order.

E.) Reorders may be in any Quantity per name.
